Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. A return authorization must be obtained first via e-mail (customerservice@soliaboutique.com) or phone call (585-586-2010), returns may not be accepted without a return authorization.  Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoebox in its original condition.  Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee and will not be returned or exchanged. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. SoLia boutiQue has the right to refuse or deny a return/exchange based on the condition of the product. 

To make a return or exchange:
Once a return authorization has been received you must securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the address BELOW. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

Shipping

All in stock items sent within the United States are shipped with UPS or Fed Ex. You should receive your items within 4 to 5 days of shipment. We charge a flat $5.00 shipping fee on all ground orders for domestic customers only, this excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.  Priority shipping charges are based on weight, please call for priority rates. International orders will be charged international rates and duty fees.  SoLia boiutiQue will do our best to secure the lowest rate for all international orders. 

Taxes

All applicable taxes will be added to New York State orders.
